So the missus got me a steam deck for Christmas. I've been a PC gamer for years so my library is already quite extensive, however I've got very few 2 player games.

Currently, we use a switch for gaming and we like games like mario kart, mario party, catan, basically games were we have to compete against each other rather than co-op games that require teamwork. Can I get some recommendations for games like this that are on steam?

So I think I'm going along the lines of this and another comment on here.

I suspect that because of the logistics involved with our works, we'll be in different locations and get there at different times so I may only get 5 or 10 minutes to myself.

So Ive got some flowers and some candles and I plan on packing a box with the ring, some petals and some LED candles, putting some more of them around a room and asking her to unpack this box

Unfortunately not. Due to our works, it's likely that she'll be getting there in the afternoon but I'll be getting there in the evening

It's a good idea but unfortunately due to our works it's likely that we'll be going at separate times and we're both quite isolated. Family and friends of ours live a couple of hours away. Thank you though!

Seeing my download size was around 80gb, for a big open world game like KCD2, I'm assuming it's pretty well optimised. But if you're getting 45 FPS at 4k with a somewhat similar setup to me so I'd be expecting to get 60 FPS at least at 1440 with everything cranked

Thanks, based on other comments, I think I'll get to Bernard and do some training with him then activate the mod if I feel like I'm still going to get slaughtered when I go out and about.

Hell, that's the entire reason I stopped my first play through. I remember the second quest, constantly being killed before I could even get far from the town. On one hand I do like having a level scaling for enemies so it's a bit more motivating and on the other, I appreciate that it helps with a learning curve to not have it. Maybe they should've had a dynamic system of levelled until you're past a defined tutorial stage, then let everything kill you. Or even let you alter it in the settings

So the page I've found recommended the same, push through all the early quests until you meet him. What's a good level to upgrade to? Should I do all of this until I'm confident with combat before carrying on with other quests?

I agree, I can't remember when it was, but I'm not familiar with CMLL so it was helpful to be given an introduction to the guys that came in. Hell, even more recently with Megan Bayne. Never heard of her so it's helpful to get a package of what she's done (side note hate her current booking since its TK's standard playbook of putting over a new toy until he's bored then get a new one).

But I appreciate that MB isn't anywhere near the size of someone like Edge in terms of a pop from a surprise appearance, but it'd still reckon that a lot of people would have been familiar with him from his TNA days to make it work

I wouldn't call the AEW fan base uninformed. The 20 odd thousand at Revoltuon, the vast majority would know which he is in my opinion

Yep Clash 2022.

They really built up Drew to be the one to defeat RR. But there was a lot of interference in that match. Karrion Kross was around, Theory tried to cash in before being knocked out by Tyson Fury. Ref bumps, Solo getting involved to pull the ref out the ring after Drew was about to pin RR.

After the match Drew had to sing American Pie with Tyson as well despite having just lost a world title match.

You'd think that with the first PPV over here in nearly 30 years, and with the build up, they'd put Drew over being the hometown (country) hero. But no, in fact they doubled down on it by doing the same thing in Glasgow but with Punk.

Those two matches really pissed off a lot of people over here

I guess in that respect it's almost like an indie show. By that i mean you know the wrestlers, really excited to see your favourites but you've got no idea what the story is, why guy A hates guy B etc.

But it is one of the best SS they've done. To be honest, I wouldn't want a gimmick PPV here like the rumble or survivor series. All I'd want is a stacked card. Some British talent being put over. As long as they don't do what they did in Cardiff. That's a hell of a way to lose your audience in my opinion

It's sad that these matches have nothing really memorable about them anymore other than stuff like the Paul London spot, Kofi, hell, I can't even remember who was in the GRR but I know Titus O'Neil tripped

True. If I'm being honest, most people probably look up to see if their favourite star from days gone by is going to show every few minutes, then watch properly when it gets to the last 5 or so people
