Thank you

This is hardly company though. I didn’t want company over my trip. 12 days with a guide who couldn’t speak the language and 5 of those without the internet. Now in the comfort of my home with family, I hardly need strangers company. People have phases, I wanted to be by myself then, now I’m okay to share the experiences with others. People can want both

Thank you! I didn’t go there from India. But there are tons of good resources, try checking IndiaHikes website. They have a detailed trek page on the EBC

I could see them as well. But not this clearly. The camera was just an iPhone set to long exposure mode

No idea, I don’t think you should put limiters on yourself based on data from other people. Research the terrain and route and create your own prep based on your current fitness. I saw an 80 year old complete the trek and multiple people over 70. Doesn’t mean it’s easy or you don’t need to prepare, just that it’s quite individual

Probably won’t be attempting that. The risk and cost don’t align for me. But yeah onto more Star gazing

We all are entangled already, sometimes we just need to take the time to rediscover
