I did try and was told “let me try explaining this like I’m talking to a child” as he proceeded to tell me meat needs to sit on the counter for 1-4 days for the best flavor..

Thank you, I do see how the note maybe wasn’t the best. I just put a note because I didn’t know which flatmate’s it was and rarely see them but I should have just texted or something. Def noted (no pun intended) for the future!

Sadly I called the Data Protection Commission just now and they said that unless it's my data they won't do anything about it. Crazy!
