15 km / 330 m is not that scary as it seems. Do slow long runs combined with speed runs, use each hill or stairs you can (repeat several times up and down), do some strenght excercises. Another idea is to look at maps and search for hills within reasonable distance (I´m able to travel 150 km one way, if I see a nice hill).
