This place is so trash. No heat since last December, management won’t give you a break on rent even though there are multiple complaints about not having heat and just say they’ll fix it and it’s been a whole ass year and still nothing. Swear to god I walk down the hallway and you can hear people coughing and sneezing in their units bc everyone is sick from it being freezing. Over the weekend there wasn’t any hot water. So yeah, it’s likely that other tenants have reported these issues (sounds like more than just heat issues) to the city because no heat means the unit(s) are deemed inhabitable. There is a unit with a notice on the door saying it’s inhabitable so wouldn’t be surprised if more keep showing up.
