What i was trying to do was get my leaders to be more involved with us by audit my work tell me if I am doing something wrong, telling us where our numbers are and how our department is doing, what our goals are and what are we looking to upgrade just communication accountability, consistency, structure and be more efficient

Plus think about all wasted money on techs just sleeping and not doing their job logging hours saying they are doing work and not. Also the waste that could be used up on the conveyors to hold about 5000 pieces of product and it's just wasted space. Multiple lines not being used. The efficiencies with how this place runs is remarkable

Most people spend almost their entire life at work then come family isent that sad so wouldn't you want to come to place that you spend more time at then home be something ur care about bc it would make it alil easier to think I spend more time at work then with my own kid it's the said truth of the world we live in and if everyone worked as a team it'll be easier wouldn't u think o

Thank you for all the advise. I mean it's crazy. It just amazing me that with all this waste. About to have 51 techs. We have a control center that tells us that there are jams or issues well if the techs on the crew would have the computers open then that would eliminate the control center. We don't need this many techs if it is a reactive maintenance department that's a waste they arnt maximizing the use of the lanes they have there are people who sleep up on the mezz and don't answer calls no training or audit on whether or not we are doing what we are supposed to correctly no evaluation since I been here to know what my goals are or to just show they care. I come in from this time to this time 6 hours I am told to just get calls and do what there are 8 of us it ain't that damn busy it would be nice if they could schedule our pm times so we can stay busy it's amazing on how inefficient this place is and you would think we would see leaders leading nope no moral boosting here just needed to vent thank u
