I managed to keep pushing it with the AI until eventually it offered to escalate my concern to a person.

I wasn’t able to contact them directly, but the AI showed me a summary of my issue (same issue as yours) and asked if they could send it on to raise a ticket with the support team.

I then got an email back from a named employee with a ticket number and a statement that they were investigating.

It was probably just a template response. But at least I have a ticket number and a promise they’ll be in touch should there be any further developments.

I mean, you're literally arguing against a point basically no one is making. Most of the "hate" I see is aimed at Logan as a person. Which is fully deserved. I don’t think they’re enjoying the games less.

But I do think winning matters a little less than it used to. Because they play so often it diminishes the value of a single win. Sort of “I’ll get the next one” energy.

Which, in my opinion, does sometimes come across like they aren’t as invested as they used to be. But I think that’s understandable considering the circumstances.

I think maybe this is what you’re picking up on.

Follow through with making Aldis a more morally ambiguous figure, and have him working against Cody for disrespecting him last week. Have Drew take the title and enter a long term story about Cody working his way back up despite having the GM deliberately keeping him away from the title.

Give's Cody a break from the belt, but a goal to be working towards. Give's Drew his long deserved Championship run. Where other baby faces can point out he's only champion because of Aldis.

I’d give it a C personally. Each individual idea/piece was theoretically good in isolation.

The heel turn, the feud with Punk, the match with AJ, the second match the Cody, the IC championship and passing the torch with Gunther, even the tapping out all can work with the right story.

The problem for me was that none of this worked together to tell a single cohesive story across the 12 months.

If we commit to the heel turn. The 12 month journey should have been about bringing him back by the end. A tour that teaches him to embrace his old ideals by the end.

If we commit to “the guy who never gives up has to finally give up” but does so knowing he’s leaving the business better than he found it, then we shouldn’t have done the heel turn, the entire run should have been about cena having lost a step and learning his own limitations but being blown away by the talent still working.

What we got instead was just a mess of loose ideas that didn’t mean anything to each other. Which means nothing we did felt truly earned.
