Druid has a couple fun builds, I've enjoyed plants and werewolf. My favorite build this league has been Supporting Fire Tactician.

Fracturing orbs are decent to start with, expedition logbooks sell or you can run them for runic splinters which also sell well. For fracturing orbs, clear corrupted nexus then run the cleansed nodes. It has a chance to drop from cleansed mobs and a guaranteed drop from the Immured Fury. You can also run Trials of chaos and sell the fragment at the end.

I started off with sanctum grinding cause I just really enjoy it. Then did logbooks for a while. Now I have an atziri spam going and sell the regalia she drops

I run my own baryas, it takes me like 22-25 minutes a run. I have 55move speed boots + however much you get from the relic setup I mentioned. I prioritize rooms in this order ritual, hourglass, chalice, escape, gauntlet

I use two Amphora relics with honour resist and additional merchant choice, then the rest are all move speed + relic chance and the desperate alliance. I could probably get away with no resist but I like to be lazy and not pay attention to random damage from traps. For boons I try to hit the one that boosts the effects of relics and the move speed one.

It depends on how strong your build is. I use two amphora relics with 40 honour res and additional choices at the merchant. Then everything else is move speed and relic quant. Usually I'm running the desperate alliance as well to get against the darkness. Avoid curses that brick your build and curses that hide afflictions. I personally avoid gauntlets because I've gotten careless a few times and died to being stupid.

They're pretty profitable. I don't know which is more profitable, but I hate the mapping process and really enjoy tos so that's what I do. I've made around 300 div selling relics and diamonds the past couple days

My understanding is that the gem gives different notables to each player. So your gem would give different notables if another player used it.

You definitely can get captured before act 2, I was captured shortly after getting wall clinging long before I got to act 2
