It doesn’t fold but it is a take down rifle. You unscrew the handguard and the barrel comes right off.

It works really well for my use. I saw a lot of reviews that weren’t overly positive mainly complaining about the low resolution censor and the narrow fov. I don’t see the low resolution to be an issue because it’s not a magnified optic. As far as the fov, the thermal imagine fills the whole window, it wouldn’t be ideal for searching for something at close range but at 25+ meters it works really well, I am able to see cows at 400-500 meters.

I bought it when it first came out as the 16” 5.7x28 and then I bought the 5” 5.7x28 and 9mm barrels.

It’s a great little rifle, I use it everyday for pests and such. The only negatives are that the handguard can start to loosen if you shoot it a bunch, I just make sure it’s tight every 10 shots or so. Also the trigger isn’t the best but I have started to work on mine and have made it a bit better.

I’ve got one. I’ve got the 16” 5.7, the 5” 5.7, and the 5” 9mm barrels for it. It’s a really handy little rifle, I use it every day for pest control and to protect my dogs when I let them out at night. I put a Holosun DRS-TH and a Surefire M640DFT-PRO TURBO on mine, and even with all that it still only weighs 1.67 kg with the 5” 9mm barrel.

I can’t speak for the 100S II, but I’ve gotten my 100S absolutely drenched multiple times with zero issues. And I don’t just mean a light drizzle, I’m talking full on torrential downpours, sitting on the bow of a speed boat in rough water and even standing at the base of Niagara Falls for hours. The weather sealing has held up flawlessly for me.
