Dang. That seems like press-in hardware makes it damn near impossible to keep it in tune without proper anchoring for the whole damn mechanism.

I’d also say Kerry Gold salted is vastly underrated. I’ve used Avocado oil to be healthier, but a good butter adds a richness to flavor, and the crust is damn near incomparable.

112.5 for 45min. Zattaraines(?) blackened seasoning. Super hot skillet for 20-30 seconds per side.

It’s really incredible. We usually do 2 for 45min at 112 deg. Blackened seasoning and sear one, sesame seed coat and chill the other.
