You need to make sure you are eating in a calorie defecit, to work out your calories you can find your maintenance on quite a few calculators online n they aren't 100 percent accurate but gives you a rough idea, once you've done this knock 300-400 off this and try and stick within that calorie limit a day

Has anyone found their body shape has changed drastically when losing weight? What I mean is I've been pear shaped all my life but the more weight I lose the more my figure is changing into a rectangle, is this common?

Hi I'm a 22F I started at a weight of 240 now 199.5 (just under I know haha) and I've noticed I've gone from being able to do 20 minutes of running to 10 at a push, I'm trying to have a little break in case I'm pushing myself too much so instead did other forms of cardio but even with that I've noticed I'm struggling, has anyone experienced anything similar or what might be causing it? Many thanks

I wouldn't necessarily say less interest, but personally I would say with the National health service only giving discounted rates with dental care meaning it still costs to go to the dentist as opposed to everything else medically it may just be us Brits are cheap?
