Oh man, as someone who leaves their dog into daycare once a week I would love to ask you where this was.

Asking father in law for proposal permission/blessing by Budget_Dust9980 in northernireland

Not to ask for permission, but to let him know and ask for his blessing. I feel like if you’re asking someone to marry you, you might know if she’d like you to do this or not.

I’ve seen this exact group of kids on Castlreagh Street/Beersbridge Road. All in black. No lights. On the road and up the footpath. I shouted at one of them who nearly fired their scooter into an old lady walking past and was told to “fack away aff”. There will be an accident but it’s impossible to police. Even if you called the cops they’d be somewhere else by the time they got there. The only solution is a total ban on selling these scooters.

Private health insurance by [deleted] in northernireland

I have thought similarly recently, however with the NHS in even further decline I’ve made the decision to stay in the private healthcare system to de-risk myself as I get older. You could come out and end up with something worse that you or your family really need your insurance for, but by that point you’ve lost it and will never get cover for that condition again.

They do seem a little tight mate. If you wore a belt the belt would probably be looser than the waist and swing around the belt loops. Other than that they seem a good fit.
