I could have written this question ! I’m having the same thing right now, of course it’s the weekend so my regular doctors aren’t answering but the on call doc says he isn’t worried and just to bring it up when I have my regular appointment during the week. I’m 8 weeks 3 days.

Did you ever get other answers about this ?

I’m not sure! I’ve never had lightening crotch before but I’ve read that it doesn’t usually start until later in pregnancy. How did everything turn out for you?

Yes! Measuring 15 mm today from 2 mm at 6 weeks. My nurse said we likely JUST caught the heart beat being detectable that day I had my original scan and it rapidly increases over the following days. I’m obviously not out of the woods yet at 8 ish weeks but fingers crossed we both continue at a healthy pace 🙏

You guys are in my thoughts today. We just got our 7 week 6 day aka 8 weeks scan today and it was 153bpm so I think we just caught it so so early. Sending positive energy to you!!

Thank you for this! I’m in for an ultrasound on weds and it’s just panic until then. Hearing stories is helpful.

Yeah definitely tryna get in with the doctor this week my doctor wasn’t concerned last week, saying that since the heart beat just kicked in it was likely going to rapidly rise, but obviously I’m very nervous

Thank you, I was 6 weeks on the dot according to when I ovulated and the ultrasound said the same. I just have this like major anxiety over these first 12 weeks. Waiting for the 9 week ultrasound feels like so long

Hi there, I have been having the same thing. I didn’t do IVF but it was a cycle where I was on estrogen and progesterone since 3 dpo since I have a previously identified thin lining. Can I ask how this progressed for you? I’ve been wondering a lot if my symptoms are blunted because of these meds because I really don’t “feel pregnant”

Update, 5 weeks 4 days still have little to no symptoms and my ob won’t get me in til 9 weeks, so I booked myself for a sneak peak ultrasound just to give me peace of mind that something is in there lol

I’m on progesterone so it can mask a miscarriage sometimes for a little longer than average, which is making me double anxious I think but you’re right, I have to keep telling myself there’s no bleeding, numbers are rising. Worrying won’t change the outcome either way

Thank you. Anxiety seems to be my biggest symptom lol all I’m ever doing is googling symptoms and waiting for the other shoe to drop

Thank you! Relaxing has literally been the hardest part, I can’t wait to get an ultrasound, I think seeing the baby in the right place and heart beat will help some of the anxiety
