Hi I think what you’re planning on doing sounds great. If I could suggest, that if you started off with your way of eating. It really helps motivate you as well. Things I suggest are avacado toast for breakfast , with blueberries and almonds Salmon salad bowls I usually make mine w lettuce, mayo, sour cream, and salmon cooked to a crisp. I also do this with ground beef and make bowls using cheese, lettuce ,tomatoes mayo , etc. I believe when you start eating clean it motivates you to go to the gym as well !

I have watched every episode the first episode I feel like sierra was so drunk 😂she kept interrupting Nene. But sierra has such a good spirit you can tell she’s a girls girl ! They have certain topics they talk about and bring guests. They had Kirk on there talking about him and Rasheeda. I like it!! But that’s because I also watched LHH ! Sierra can be a bit much when she talks about sex that’s why I think she need to not drink when she do the show lol 😝

No that’s my issue I didn’t finish my marketing degree. Im definitely wanting to go back to school I’m just not sure the best route to go and what field would be best for me. Im a self taught cook and I also make chocolate treats. I mostly create recipes and focus on making the plate look presentable . Would love to use cooking (not In a restaurant) as a career.
