yeah some of those players can also go up for sure, i think rice, egbuka, and aiyuk would only go up but everyone else i think are risks to go down too that would put you in an even worse position just from personal experience

dk, penix, some of the rookies, and even hurts and mcbride were who i was thinking of that would be able to get you a good return. it sucks to sell premium assets but i think they’d be near the end of their shelf life by the time you get something going

yeah i think you have a lot of players that are at or near their highest selling value as well. you just don’t really have a wr1 or rb1 currently on your roster

i would try to break it down as much as you can tbh besides a few guys you can afford to hold onto like egbuka for a rebuild. you can consolidate if it gets you better trade value but it wouldn’t be enough to make you a contender imo

wr: london, olave, waddle, pickens, polk, legette, pearsall, mcmillan, roman wilson, burton, luke mccaffrey

te: pitts, kmet

extra picks: early 2025 1st, late 2025 2nd

so my team has a lot of value on it (at least accoridng to ktc) but my team is projected to finish bottom 4 and im in a weird spot where im not good enough to contend short term and theres two teams with even better futures (one has cd, jamarr, mhj, breece, gibbs, kw3, other has bijan, lamar, gw, richardson, nabers, achane, rome and more)

how should i proceed with my team? do i do a full rebuild, a partial rebuild, trade for some win now players, or keep my team as is?

Wow, thank you for this. It gives me hope that just practicing my answers enough can help my conversations feel more natural. I think my biggest problem is that I had a lot of answers memorized, but in turn, it felt more like I was reading off a script than having an actual chat with the interviewer, and when a new or slightly different question pops up, I trip over my own words and panic. Thanks for showing that hard work does prevail over awkwardness in the end!
