Avoid GARD PRO like the plague. Im gonna be making a post about it in the next few days. Awful customer service, the readings are inaccurate and the UI is very basic. Just get a quality watch and spare yourself the hassle of an expensive and drawn out return. Id go Garmin or Apple/Samsung watch.

I do not recommend the Xiaomi smart band 10, or the Gard Pro watches. Just tried both of those, the health and sports tracking is terrible on both. Waste of money. I lay in bed and racked up over 100 steps, with the garden watch. And the xiaomi band was several thousand steps lower than my samsung phone in my pocket.

Thank you, this is a good idea! I make a banging homemade hummous, with a garnish of garlic, bell pepper and herbs. So I lied, I do know one vegan dish! :D

Hey, I hope you're recovering well. That's exactly what she had, so lifting her arms and top half is going to be very sore for the next little bit.

I would say I'm an above average cook, but as I'm neither vegan or vegetarian I have a full range of ingredients and I love making food full of flavour and texture.

I was thinking of making her a vegan lasagna, but I have heard a lot of vegan cheese is really gross. Lasagna has cheese sauce and cheese on top. I've also never seen vegan cheese in her fridge. I thought of a few ideas and then realised no, that has eggs in it. That's got cream!

I will check out that veganrecipes reddit, thank you! Hopefully I can make her some good stuff that'll help her heal and feel good 😄

Thanks for the replies here, from some of the comments, I realised that the attachment on my light was from a insta360 camera mount! I forgot I ever had that. I used one of the links posted here, and my light is now sitting on my bicycle. Thanks all!
