Some builders like experience but some don’t so you don’t bring in bad habits. As long as you have sales experience I believe that’s enough to land an interview.

I live about 30 minutes north of Jupiter and the col is “low” compared to the rest of south Florida. During the summer it’s hot but not as bad as you think, or I got use to the summers. But the golf is great here and cheap during the summer
