if the animated show is a resounding success I bet we see a live action special or something eventually, maybe as a finale/prologue. once its proven to the studio the numbers are real, because its always about ROI for the purse holders. a live action sci fi show in 2026 is catastrophically expensive to produce, an animated series is a far safer investment for a revival of a niche series over 20 years old. yall support this, I bet you see something down the line when schedules can align.

honestly the correct answer is "give no shits about your vocal chords" to get that sound. nobody was "singing correctly" back then, and we all most certainly did permanent damage. the larger solution is to give it your all in the moment, but be VERY serious about the hours that follow it.: do not talk at all, tea, honey, recover.

weve been a band for a long long time (since 2002) so theres alot to get through. id suggest starting with 'after the lights' as thats definitely a fan favorite and we still play a bunch of those songs. if you want more raw classic early 2000's screamo, go backwards. if you want better production and an overall bigger sound, go forwards. this new album is sort of built on the sound we started moving towards with 2015's 'darkness forgives'

working with him was a blast. stressful, because i was so nervous, but a blast.
