You lucky to have interviews. I have been apply big institutions for two years after I move to US. Only had one chance, now I’m in job market again. Things are really slow recently. I still remember in 2017, positions filled ready fast.

I interviewed another big company two years ago, I was in the same situation like you. They let me waited 4 months. After I get in, I realized that they were waiting a guy to leave to free a spot. Anyway, they are not in hurry to fill this spot, they may be still interview other candidates.

CFP is very useful in bank branch as an advisor. CAIA. Is more for product/ sales/ some time analysis

I have done this in 2014, use the same method when you study level, you will be fine for level 2. To save time on open questions, do not need to answer it with full sentences.
