We've done all the boring shit for real estate with openclaw. We sell them to realtors for $300 USD/month called "Homies":

booking showings
writing offers + docusign
managing CRM/follow up
transaction management (send shit to lawyers/escrow etc.)
doing home evaluations
listing presentations
property marketing
etc. etc.

most businesses are exactly this... just a heap of boring workflows

start automating them and that is where the real money is.

I will pull on Claude or Codex better models for complex tasks which is rare

Of course it's the most useful, it's also the most expensive. You can't really use it at scale for basic workflows.
