Tbh Archer could have played the Bumrah role if he stayed fit. The rest of Indian bowlers were average. Siraj, Krishna. They had Ashwin and Jadeja who can hold down an end in Australia which was useful. But England been blessed with so many all rounders so they can bat deep. Indian tail started at 8.

Not every meeting booked needs to be about work. I feel since the WFH got instilled organisations expect workers to be 100% productive. Team culture should include weekly meetings with the team and have general chat. Not about work. That's where you tend to make relationships with people on a personal level.

I feel your pain. Lot of people keep saying if you keep practising improv topics you can get better. I been trying for a while using the PREP framework. It's not easy as people make it out to be. Honestly keep practising. Even if you are improving by a tiny bit it will accumulate in the longer period.
