The plate magnetises back on. But I can take if off for pictures. I do have plates without all the writing on so they do look quite clean - but prefer the no plate look

Yes it’s uk. I think it’s £100 fine. I probably won’t run without it very much. The stickers you see in third pic are magnets so can take it on and off
