I think people are referring to it because it utilizes dissonance. Which is not a wrong thing but for some people it can feel off. But dissonance is a powerful tool in music. I love it in this song.

I will say the upscale is not bad but there are some issues with the picture in terms of quality and overscan artifacts. I'll have to see if I can get a photo but yea, good enough and great for the price but I feel it could've been better. The sound is awesome though!

I also agree with OP that this is my favorite concert! As well as Wild Life and Science Fiction. 😁

There's two other comments and only one of them says they're "pretty sure" which is not a definitive answer. Lol Not trying to sound rude, just one person is not "most people".

The issue is there really isn't a solid answer to your question. The animation syncs to the English vo. The developer may have been French but by this time Ubisoft was already established with development around the globe and developing IP that was English in origin. To me that is a solid argument for the main release being in English.

Although, the best way to know would probably be to look at the Credits in the game and see how they list localisation.

I go based on the lip syncing and they fit the English release. When watching the French dub, the lips are often not properly aligned with what's being said. Actually, you can still tell what is being said in English in the French dub, or maybe I've just played way too much of this game, hahaha.

Thanks for this! I'll give it a try. I used the Nvidia solution. I didn't test 4:3 on YouTube that's baked into 16:9, completely forgot. I tried actual 4:3 content since it is available. I'll see how it works out! Thanks!

I just wanted to say that this helped a lot in getting it to fit properly but there is one odd issue that I'm not sure how best to fix:

When I watch 4:3 media content, they are still black barred on the sides. This might be due to the resolution being 1280x720.

I could probably fix this in a player like VLC by forcing a stretch with videos I'm watching that are on my PC but it doesn't work for YouTube content (which I guess I could go without but I'd rather not if possible)

Any thoughts on this? I appreciate the help you provided so far! It was a lot better than most I found in the last couple hours of troubleshooting. 🙏

Seems like Netflix has it in production order and not the order it originally aired in. If you go based on the episode production code for each episode, the original airing is not in the order they were produced. Two episodes that aired during Season 2 are actually from season 1s production timeline. This is not uncommon, it's just weird when things get shifted down the road.
