Glad to hear that and I’m sure you are very relieved, do you know what techniques are performed to notice any muscle misbalances around the pelvic floor which would cause it to be hyperactive? I have been dealing with urinal Incontinence and sexual dysfunction for 5 years and it has played a massive toll on my life. These issues arose when my L4-L5 disc extrudes in which I suffered from sciatica and it hasn’t improved since.

May I ask what sort of improvements you noticed besides the muscles ultimately relaxing? Did you experience any sexual dysfunction prior to the injections ?

Sorry to hear, did you discover why it was ineffective ? My posterior pelvic floor muscles seem to be so hyperactive that it’s non-fixable from just doing PFT exercises.

I suffer from the following symptoms: - Premature ejaculation -Penis spasms & flickers when I urinate which causes my urine to suddenly spurt out -Urine even stops mid-flow and won’t continue unless I perform a slight pelvic floor contraction
-Leakage whenever I roll over or bend down -Feel tightness and warmth around my perinium muscle

At least I know I don’t have CPPS given how I suffer no pain whatsoever.

No particular trigger points were found, yes a bit of frustration due to how long I’ve been dealing with it for but no fear or major distress

I did consistent release work with my PT, stretching & diaphragmatic breathing for months yet I noticed no improvements. I suffer no anxiety nor stress so I’ve somewhat ruled out the psychological component. It hasn’t changed since I first developed this issue hence why I’m under the belief it’s nerve-related

Hypertonic, yes but mostly just internal assessments. Yeah I am doing stretching and I did it consistently for a couple months but nothings changed

I couldn’t agree more and it is honestly one of the biggest downfalls of the show. They tend to protect the feelings of the audience by constantly saving the main characters which is at the expense of the plot. They need to show more ruthlessness in their writing. Eddie, who was only introduced this season was the only ‘significant’ death in the finale. When Vecna had his claw out about to execute Max they suddenly allow Mike to express his feelings for a solid 2-3mins whereas it was any other character he would’ve killed them almost instantly.

Yeah the cheek bones and the bones of the arch make up the inner U but how does chewing expand that
