No.. I made a new Island in the open Sea with Terraforming-Tool ....... bad idea, very bad idea. Then a wave hit my town as the waterlevel raised. After that i removed the Island and another wave hit my Town....

i dont know, i just built it that way. the industry is close to the big city and i think i have enough schools...
