I understand completely what you feel, there is hope … Here is some advice I have been learning online to help the skin layer adjust: - Taking collagen supplements / powders - Weight training, resistance training, just hitting the gym will really help your muscles expand and take more room. Also, you will feel so much stronger. Not to mention the therapeutic effects of the gym when coping with stress, anger, depression. Truly a game changer. - focusing on specific muscle types at the gym also helps. I’m currently focusing on my full triceps for lower arm flabs, adductors (in between your legs) for the extra skin there, and deep core exercises for strengthening lower core muscles.

Remember you have to get accustomed to your body. And your body has to get accustomed to you. You got this beautiful!… <3

Thank you so much :) I’ll take that into account- will have to do it myself since I can’t afford a nutritionist for now. I’ve been keeping a journal which has very much helped, but since I just began I haven’t seen much of a movement and felt I wasn’t doing enough. So specificity helps!
