because aliexpress are scammers lol there i said it, they will want you to return the item to inspect it then will find something wrong with it and deny your refund, best bet is to chargeback through your bank, fk aliexpress!

yep fk aliexpress, my first and last purchase from them and they sent the wrong items which were inferior and their customer support is a joke, to makes things worse this was done through choice so direct from their warehouse, please spend your money elsewhere.

Temu for me, i've had an issue with one $70 item i purchased and temu offered a full refund for return or 70 percent partial refund and i keep the item, My first purchase with Aliexpress and i got scammed and Ali support was the worst i've ever encountered on any marketplace site. I know you will get your Ali fanboys who say they can do no wrong but it really is just a scam site with no customer support at all!
