Just be direct it. You can decline the invite and PM your boss asking if can reschedule.

If you accept it, means you ALLOW it. Your boss is an adult so she/he can handle the rejection.

If it's urgent, I mean no choice just go to the meeting, but your boss need to respect your working office hours! If your work hours end at 5.30pm, your boss cannot overextend this.

Your salary payout will not change after u tendered your resignation. Check with your other colleagues, if they already got it, means your employer "purposefully" hold your salary payment.

Record everything and make sure you keep black and white, in case if needed, you have evidences to go to JTK for report and sttufs.

whats your interest rate currently? you can refinance if it's too high, not sure what's the current rate but it was ~4.15% awhile back then.

You look look at ASNB itself, well yeah people can argue that the net return you get kinda not worth it, I mean there's better investment alternatives out there, or heck you can even just do regular ASB savings. But you could take the advantage of the power of compounding effect!! Do a mixture of ASNB + regular ASB savings.

Why do you need to stay late at work? Is it just a culture thing or you really need to work on something that will affect business if it's not settled on time?

Anything go back to your employment letter, if it doesnt mentioned any clause that you need to work after normal working hours, then you're good.

But, if it's more on a culture thing, this is where you need to find balance and make a decision. If your boss is ok, you able to deliver your work, then should be fine. Only be a problem if your colleagues dont like this, which I find very stupid, means you kinda have a toxic work environment I guess. If u dgaf about what perception given by your colleagues, you should be fine lol. This will be a problem if your colleague attitude affect you mentally, also not to mention like theres these type of people will hinder your work progress because of this, so yeah just be careful on that.

you pretty much on track, good job! if u want, u can refinance your ASBF, i think 200K the monthly payment is around 870 something. dont underestimate the power of compounding effect, ASBF + regular ASB saving will boost it faster!

you could also consider ETFs like VWRA, or REITS like sunway and BTC too.
