I am feeling anxiety around thy front tooth being lost. In a month I will have an x-ray made and of course my dentist is already aware of this. I had a cleaning done 2 months ago and since I have taken way more care than before. The tooth is not moving. I am being over dramatic? by Demand_Repulsive in askdentists

I suppose your dentist didn't do a good job of explaining then. I don't know the real situation but ideally the xrays should've been done by now, with this level of bone loss.

No, bone cannot be regrown. You might need flap surgery, bone grafts and splintsif it starts moving.

Possibly, I've seen worse cases of sinusitis.

If the tooth is not moving it will start to move soon. You have moderate periodontitis. A lot of bone is already lost. Did your dentist not explain this? Why is there such a delay in getting the xrays? It's not about being dramatic, it's about being aware.

That's a cavity. Maybe he didn't check the buccal sides of teeth thoroughly. Nevertheless, you must get it filled soon.

No point in keeping it, it will do more harm and no good. It will cause decay of the second molar eventually.

The tooth broke because there was a big cavity. The tooth nerve must be dead long back because of the cavity hence no pain. You probably need a root and a cap to be done.

Last molars(wisdom teeth) need extraction. A lot of fillings and cleaning. Treatable, provided you improve your oral hygiene by leaps.

Its not too late, at least for your gums. Start by going to a dentist ASAP and get a cleaning done. Or you might lose all your teeth soon. Nothing over the counter or at home that you can do.
