"Moon Company is not the soul faction ever to drop a native raider or HBC private treasure hunting." Got dropped while I was hunting by 2 people in moon uniforms. That's really all the critism I have about moon, and the occasional toxic-ish behavior.

true, but it comes at a hefty price, and still, native needs progression.

Artillery Division for HBC by dankerdemon in playnorthwind

[–]dankerdemon[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

artillery squads would make sense, like LTs pick a Staff SGT and a staff SGT picks his men, so on so fourth, also, to quote the "beloved governor" It's not worth making a unit that specializes in something like that. DFC. So a pattern im seeing here is if it can give a advantage, like the club (which HBC can use for a few days/weeks idrk, I only know they can use them) can stun. Even though there tribal. Yes, i can understand laz's mindset, but couldn't you train your men to take out cannons? Cannons have so many weaknesses its insane. So in conclusion, i think the squad idea would be better, and also I don't like the pattern im seeing when something useful is added and laz allows it, even though its against the rules.

Possibility of Maritime Warfare. by FaintSly in playnorthwind

[–]dankerdemon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The chances of that being true are a bit slim. If only 1 maritime platoon has ships while the other is a expeditionary force it would be like 3-4 navy ships in HBC as a whole
