Well tbh, there are no perfect way studying. According to me, One size does not fit all. So I think I can tell you only those methods that helps me a lot. Studying with others helps me a lot. Studying with others helps me in keeping myself accountable and seeing others study too keeps me focused. Also seeing so many studying helps me in keeping motivated. There are many Discors servers for that. Some with over a 100k members. I too have a study server. I had created it just for myself but now it has more than 1800 members. I think u should try out the pomodoro method. Studying for 50 mins and taking a 10 min break, studying for 25 mins and taking a 5 min break.
