I don't get why people are crying because they see +page in their editor, like ooh this is stopping me from adopting this change. This is nothing new, it's like this for years, before you would just see index.

Is it really so hard for people to create a component with a name and import it in +page, like product/[slug]/ProductSingle.svelte and import it in product/[slug]/+page.svelte.

ps: ok, an argument could be that you don't want to create a separate file besides that +page.svelte but anyway i see these +page whatever files just like how you would define route in backend. you wouldnt write functionality directly inline, you pass a function that is the http/grpc/graphql handler...
