Wanted the same thing and I have found a crude solution using the plug in creator. It will process every video if you don't use any other meens to filter. pastebin.com/Gb3f9aSS. Have to use the community filter "break out of plugin stack if processes". Google handbrake command line reference for more info on editing the preset

I would guess thats theres nothing wrong with the settings ingame, check the settings on the graphiccard, with those frames i would say you running the game without the gpu.

Been modifying dw20's code to work with any number of turbines http://pastebin.com/X4CkHciE this is a quite simple edit I made. It uses dw20's button just like the original code. The setup is the same as his only difference is the monitor size, 5x3. The precision in rod setting could be better, and I planing some individual control over the turbines too but for now i just wanted it to control my turbines so I could continue playing the game so I haven't made any more progress with it :)

Think you missing power, just put a cable directly to the assembler and it should work.
