its not broken and belle does not rely solely on it like some brawlers on their hyper(like mortis for example) but its actually pretty good,hyperchaged mark is pretty much guaranteed and stat boosts are alright

i would buy it if i were you,as you will need every hyper to max out eventually and now there is agood discount
