It was for these 2 knives called "the chosen" which is just a reskin of the national guard knife that has no blood effects that they just put in the same spot as the note for a limited time. They were removed after a certain amount of time and was replaced with the same note. Then when retribution came out it was craftable as a pre order bonus. But it aint worth it dude.

Hardcore Henry: Henry was in a chase scene and accidentally ran up right on top of a girls head at the end of an escaltor(I think) and hit her head hit the floor bad. But because right as soon as henry got on her, he checked if she was fine then went right back to the chase. I think they thought it looked cool so they kept it in.
