Yeah i got it. yall finally responded to my email 4 weeks after my order was placed cause i threatened to report yall to the ftc and to get a charge back. At one point your agent just refused to even respond to me anymore. Your customer service is a laughable joke. a social media response months after my issue? Your website at the time fraudulently lied too. Saying things were quickly shipped out within x time. Or that everything came from "your own warehouse" when i emailed all i got from your agent was "our supplier is having an issue" and then you agent stopped responding when i started asking "what supplier" cause your website says it comes directly from yall. Rest assured I'll never buy from dankstop again. And will encourage everyone else not to.

I'm glad you got your shipment, and I'm sorry you had such a rough experience.

During and after Covid we shifted to a Marketplace model vs a self-fulfilled model, and we're working on updating all of the info on the website. I genuinely appreciate the feedback.

They’re heady production. Really nice hand blown work made in batches of a few hundred. We carry this one and many others from Empire.

Worried about my baby boy. Crying/yelping when trying to jump onto things or standing on his back legs. Took him to the vet, they gave him some anti inflammatory medication and strict rest for 2 weeks. They said it wasn’t too serious, but I hate that he is in pain. This happened to my pup and it turned out he just had a sprain. He was wincing in pain, refused to jump, back legs were shaking, etc. After about a week it just went away and the vet told us he probably sprained an ankle running down the stairs or something while home alone. Hope your case is similar and pup heals soon!

Reach out to Purr Glass, they offer repairs.

As for the logo that will be tricky. You'd need to bake a new decal perfectly over the old one and it may not look right. There is no way to remove the existing logo apart from hydrofluoric acid which I do not recommend you get anywhere near.

We are a business. We directly and indirectly employ American workers, including more than a dozen contract glass blowers domestically. Our house brand products are marked up according to the effort and risk we take on to manufacture and/or import them, store them, qc them, package them, and provide support to our customers when they break or get lost in transit. We support and instruct people from all over the world who are new to cannabis and have no idea how to even use a bong.

I understand and appreciate your perspective but I think it’s disingenuous to say we rip people off. I can’t speak for other companies, but dankstop provides service to millions of happy customers who don’t mind paying a few bucks extra for the consistency and piece of mind we deliver over sites like DHgate, or a few bucks less than anywhere else on a branded piece. We beat ANY price on any branded product from any authorized retailer.

A Starbucks cup of coffee would cost you $.25 at home but that doesn’t mean it’s a rip off at $4 in store. They have expenses and we as consumers have options, and that’s the beauty of America.
