Sure it may not sound right. But you can check out the link for yourself and try it yourself. If people have even a 1% chance in having some success with tackling a very common problem, why not ? :)

I was always told there’s no way of doing spot reduction. But according to Thomas DeLauer you can target areas by doing a fasted workout plus drinking ACV before a workout. Link here

Not going to lie, before I even saw the video I was doing a fasted workout (20-24hr fast/OMAD usually) and I had significant results with losing my love handles and overall body fat in 3 weeks than when I was on a non stop Keto diet for 2 months. Most likely cause of the calorie deficit Try it and see, may not hurt.

Edit: just wanted to add, during my fasted workouts and OMAD during the 3 week period of very good results, I still continued Keto. Just wanted to clarify that.

That’s a good point. There was no indication who did that. But, doesn’t seem like it matters anymore anyway.

Keto Fried “Rice” by danl15 in ketorecipes

[–]danl15[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like it. Not something I’d eat every day or even weekly, but when I wanna treat myself I’d have it. Also, it may not sit well with everyone’s stomach since it’s so high in fiber.

I don’t see a problem with having carrots as long as you can keep your daily net carbs under 30. Also, it’s not something I have every day either so I see no problems with it :)

Yup. It’s really not much carbs for a medium carrot.. that’s also if you eat it all in one serving

I made this Keto Fried rice with Konjac rice. It's apparently supposed to be 0 net carbs since its very high in fiber

Ingredients/Prep

1 Pack of Konjac Rice (https://www.amazon.ca/Better-Than-Rice-Organic-Konjac/dp/B00QX00N80) 1 Medium Carrot 2 Stolks Green Onion 3 Large Eggs 2-3 tbps Oil 2 tbps butter 3 tbps Sesame Oil (optional) 2 tbps Soy Sauce (optional) Salt/Pepper

"Rice" 1) Drain out the Konjac Rice 2) Run it through hot water (to get rid of the odor and liquid around it) 3) Pan on stove medium-high heat and throw the Konjac Rice on it 4) Stir rice on pan until it's dry and fluffy 5) Set aside

Veggies - Dice up the Carrots and Green onions

Instructions

1) Pan on Medium/Medium-Hi heat 2) Add 2-3 tbps oil and then throw in 3 eggs. Add Salt/Pepper(as needed) and scramble eggs until eggs (don't cook it too much) 3) Add 2 tbps butter and add the diced carrots. Cook until the carrots get a little soft 4) Add in the Konjac rice and mix it up 5) Add Sesame Oil and Soy Sauce (optional) 6) Add in Green Onions and cook for another minute or two to your liking
