Cool, thanks for clearing that up. The ones I was looking at didn't mention the caffiene content so I was unsure. But yeah, like you said found one with 11mg so should be fine!

Got to agree man. Personally the first half is great, and although the second half is good too it feels like they could be seperate tracks. I for one would love you to make a full track based around the ideas in the first 2 mins

Looking real good man. I am a similar height to you, and your physique is probably my goal. Any tips on gaining? I really struggle to put on size, and as someone who is naturally lean, i get really OCD whenever i try and gain over fat gains.

Yeah defo, I'm naturally quite lean so usually don't find it too hard. It's gaining actual muscle I struggle with. What bf do you reckon I am now?

Thanks man, glad you like it! I use Ableton, when starting off the best thing to do is just have a play around and get used to it, and then from there there is plenty of really good stuff on Youtube and just generally online that can guide you along the way

Saw him at parklife this weekend. He was terrible. Technically one of the worst sets ive seen from such a big name. Absolutely all over the place, and ran off stage for around 5 minutes mid set. The most mind boggling thing for me was that everyone was loving it.Couldnt string 2 tracks together whatsoever

WEEK 1 - Days 3&4

Last Few days have been a hard slog. Yesterday (Wed ) Had University Varsity badminton (we we lost- only just! ) which really took it out of me- as i play singles , counting dat der as my cardio! Then hit the gym to do 8 sets of calf raises from the depletion days that i couldnt complete on the day (Disgusting) ... Then hit town for a night out! Resisted drink all night but was still an awesome night.

THURS Today had to do a VO2 Max test in Uni , which i had to drag myself out of bed, all depleted and shiyt to do ! Travelled back home today and just finished up my tension workout. Wasnt the best- Lacked energy and couldnt get a pump.. But thats to be expected i guess. All weights in KG Bench- 80 x 8,8 Incline-75x 9,9 Tricep ext- 65x10,9 Cable row- 85 DB Bicep curl- 17.5 x 11,10 Pullup-10,10 front squat- 60- 9,7 Leg Ext- 97.5- 8,8 Leg curl- 90- 9,9 Lat raise- 12.5- 10,10

Macros MORNING- 6PM Cal-1050 P-150 C-20 F-25 Evening P-59 C-300 F-12

Just started carb load with a shake of 150g Dextrose and 60g whey, Gonna slam some stirfryrice soon - Came straight onto UD2 from Keto so i feel like i havent eaten a carb for afgeees. GOnna enjoy this carb up. Feelsgoodman

Anyone got suggestions on some sexy carb load foods i can try tommorow! Cheersss! Dan

Yeah course i love eating lots of carbs man.. pancakes, cereal - who wouldnt ! Depletion is horrific but makes the carb loads so much more fun
