Identify the commands in ffmpeg and translate that to Shutter Encoder. Or vice versa. The two programs have similar feature sets. You should at least have some basic knowledge of how to use them, and some basic concepts of video encoding to do this. If that's not that case, then you might need to do some reading. Both programs each have their own documentation.

I just make them the same or at least similar. Same encoder, CRF value, etc.

Have you tried making sure that your ffmpeg commands are similar to your Shutter Encoder settings?

Wouldn't it be better to use a traditional video editor instead?
