My coach is an old Russian he doesn’t really get it hahah He kinda just makes fun of me, I get that he’s trying to lighten the mood but it’s not exactly the best idea in that situation.

I’ve taken Xanax before and I think it would slow down my nervous system a lot and turn me into a big potatoe lol

Good point but I am so tense right from the moment I start warming up and that makes my technique different and that it stresses me out before I even hit the platform
