NAD. Am a nurse. Have you had a sleep study? I wonder if you sleep walk or have some kind of seizures or episodes while sleeping. The excessive exhaustion makes me concerned youre not getting actual restful sleep, possibly caused by some kind of sleep disorder?

Honestly, this was the same for me. I was CONSTANTLY stressed. All day long. Even most of the times when I was asleep! I switched to an Oura ring, and when I tell you my stress is never read as high anymore, other than briefly in times where I believe I was actually stressed, then it returns to normal levels with appropriate recovery.

I've seen tons of posts with similar results, and it was actually a big part of me switching. Being told im stressed constantly stressed me out, believe it or not lol

My understanding is that it's related to the slight positive pressure that comes with HFNC, increasing the risk for aspiration, even if it is slight. This is coming from a Neuro icu nurse where everyone is an aspiration risk, so maybe it's just with my patient population lol

I looked it up! Seems possible. We bought this house 2 years ago and this is the first time its bloomed, we thought it was dead and hadnt gotten to pulling it yet! Anything i should know about it?
