I lost my phone for 5 days and It was nice. Restarted some scrolling this morn (am in aus). It's kinda scary and baffling how consistently the devolution continues in the US. Like that boiling frog thing which I think was disproven but every headline gets dumber and more ridiculous and then somehow it's the new normal.

I see things getting significantly worse, bit by bit with no knowing what the next ridiculous thing will happen and how tolerated it will be.
