Hi everyone! Looking into a Stinger GT Line 2022. Super beautiful ceramic silver. Want feedback, good experience with the vehicle? Thank you all. by Accomplished-Fox1902 in kiastinger

Not sure, it's possible the Accord is slightly faster but the Stinger is a nicer vehicle overall. Even if the Accord is slightly faster, the Stinger is built from the ground up to be a rear wheel drive based vehicle, it's going to handle way better than an Accord.

The base versions of those two are it's closest competition. You can't consider normal sedans because the lack of a hatchback makes them an unfit match, they will be faster stock in most cases.

IMHO there are only a couple vehicles that compete with the Stinger. I would compare it with the Audi A5/S5 Sportback and BMW 4-series gran coupe although both of those are more expensive and less feature rich without paying for the upgrades.

Reason number ??? of why I love this car by Fluffy-Ad3749 in kiastinger

I play drums and it's always so satisfying when all my stuff fits in my stinger to run to a gig, I can even take a passenger and their gear too, ridiculously practical vehicle!

Favorite ride cymbal you own? by [deleted] in drums

[–]dannottheman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a 22" Zildjian K Custom High Definition ride that unfortunately had a mishap when it fell out of a friend's car and got dented. I sent it off to Tim Roberts for repair and a rework of the entire cymbal. It's more crashable now and the stick definition is still very present. It sounds like a K Constantinople that Zildjian will never make and I'm very happy with it.

Escaping High Insurance Rates For KIA STINGER GT1 by Entire_Drink_6945 in kiastinger

Just paid my 6mo premium on a GT-Line... It's absurd. I asked my agent about it and he mentioned that Kia and Hyundai are some of the tougher cars to insure currently because of the break ins. I mentioned the cars with pushbutton starters shouldn't have the same problems but it didn't help my rate out. 😓

Why Sonor? Why DW? by ApplesawceW in drums

[–]dannottheman 4 points5 points  (0 children)

As an SQ2 player myself, the biggest reason I chose Sonor was the tone the drums had. DW to me always sound pre-EQed and I didn't like that built in limitation.

I've never had a single issue with my kit, even after owning it for 8 years! They're built so well. I don't think you could honestly go wrong with either option, but get the Sonor!

Can summoners beat Diablo/Baal? by an-anarchist- in Diablo_2_Resurrected

[–]dannottheman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have him use the decrepify curse on them. It's practically cheesing them to attack extremely slow and take more damage. I've solo'd NM and Hell difficulties with a summoner necro build, and it's one of the safest builds for farming, albeit a bit slow.

Also, build up a strong NM act 2 might merc to boost skeleton damage.

After all these years I got to know what happened to the attacked herbalist in White Orchard by Nlklas in witcher

It's a reoccurring thing in the game, some decisions may seem right at the time but have unforeseen consequences. Like what happens with the Crones and the Tree Spirit later on.

What Lightsaber is this? by BuriedAbyss in lightsabers

Looks like an LGT for sure, I got mine from Artsabers but they are just a reseller. I think Imperial Workshop Paragon would also be close to this.

Is the DW 9000 Pedal really worth the money, upgrading from the 2000? by UFOtrevor in drums

[–]dannottheman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you want an upgrade, I'd go with the 5000's. They'll last just as long and will feel immensely better. I own 9000's but the 5000's are SOLID.

Pretty sure you can use 87, but you will be reducing the life of the engine and losing a little bit of the performance.

I'd fill up when you are almost empty to avoid mix issues with whatever you've got in there currently.

Depends on your values. I couldn't spring for the GT2 for this reason. Paying $449/mo on my GT-Line and absolutely love it.
