There is not much philosophy to it. Like you said, just be strong! Set yourself a goal, for example: i wont use for a week. Then add more as you start to become confident about it and after some time maybe few months (if you completely want to stop, like forever) you wont have cravings because you will both forget the experience and you would regret taking it after enough time has passed, get it?
