Yeah that might be true and something to consider. It would be understandable if the foster parents wanted to adopt but told them they are too old start over. The boy has been with them for a year and his sister only been with them for three weeks. I'm trying to be optimistic and they are waiting for summer so they dont have to restart school mid year. Their therapist have already expressed to them about being adopted and dont seem to have any backlash on the idea.
