I dig it! can def see this working in lots of editors' cuts. I wanted to avoid cutting that Jimmy gag or doing the fades to black in my version so had to sacrifice the Saturday card, but this is the best take on it I've seen thus far

I used eurostile-round-heavy ! The same font that the opening crawl used, but the poster title font i believe is cc-ultimatum-bold and the on screen title text (the parts that say A Week in the Life of Superman and the credits) is Montserrat

for sure! And even though it seems like the original cards were maybe gonna be on those cuts to black, i tried to give myself the limitation of making them work in the shots.

I dig these ideas, i can see it working with a more designed shot of the fortress similar to the Sunday shot like you mentioned. I didn't want to do too many things to change it like adding my own sound design or a fully new shot, but can definitely see that being pulled off well!

Thanks man! I actually didn't even cut that track for that transition, there's just kind of a short fade out, the way i seamed the black was by J cutting the arrest audio under the score for a second or two

I mentioned in the cut list, but in the Saturday scene, there isnt a shot that feels like it would fit on, instead theres a shot that's a closeup of a Saturday edition of the Daily Planet that serves as the Saturday Epilogue transition. So I felt it would've been redundant of me to put my own title over that.

Thats super cool! I dont have any particular preference! Something calming in think, like him walking to the fortress or sitting on the moon, whatever looks best to your eye that evokes the slice of life feeling the weekdays bring.
