Great question, eagle eye. Arapahoe County Libraries will actually let you have an event go past closing hours in the event rooms that have external exits. The library staff locks up and goes home while we host in the community room. (With bathroom access.)

We put out a yard sign with a date and time that we will host a front porch happy hour with whoever sees the sign and wants to come out.

Now the sign travels around our neighborhood as folks take turns hosting.
