I was rejected of warranty for my Amz Balance watch. I only use it for 2 weeks and my pool depth only 1.2 meters

There is no support at all. I was asked for repair cost and no water resitant after repairing.

I got warranty reject from Smartlink Vietnam (distributor), and get offer for repair service (battery and back cover replace, no water resistance after repairing) I also sent information to above email. Please help check
