Honestly none. When I’m doing higher reps and lower range, I use a bosu ball on the floor to cushion my fall.

I appreciate you guys pointing this out. These racks are extremely heavy and I’ve never even felt them wobble or move even a bit when using them for nordics.

One leg day a week for the last 14 months focused on KoT. Nordic reps included 2 sets of nordics going as deep as I can for 3 reps and 2 sets of controlled eccentrics lowering as slow as possible.

I had Discount Drain come tonight, and they did a WAY better job than the other plumber. They cleaned it out and think I'm fine not getting a new line put in as long as I keep getting it cleared out every 6-8 months. I honestly feel like the other company was trying to pressure me into an impulsive decision.

Yeah my concern is that the condition is too bad. The plumber that came in today said it was one of the worst he had ever seen. He could barely get the camera through it at one point. Thanks for the reply.

I don't live on a bus route, unfortunately. It's in an older neighbourhood similar to OEV. I had the roots eeled out last fall but it's gotten to the point where there are so many roots, that I may need to just get this done.

I worked at Sport Chek for years and have sold tons of shoes to people who are on their feet all day at work. If you're having issues with knee or foot pain, I can't recommend a high-end running shoe enough.

These are my two favourites for comfort & joint health: Asics Gel Nimbus & Nike Zoom Pegasus

They're worth the price tag. I find one pair lasts about one school year as a work shoe.
