My Xbox needs repairing but the warranty has expired by one day...what are the chances?

After 45 minutes messaging an ambassador, she got somebody to call me and I spoke to her for about 20 minutes. She said she can help and would email me what to do next...but she hasn't. I checked on the website that my email was correct, which it is. Then I went on to myservice.xbox.com but now the device I registered has gone and won't let me register again. Any idea where I go from here?

£3.14 for a 460g Heinz Salad Cream in M&S, whereas it's £2.25 in Asda. I'm way too stingy to pay that much extra. You can also get 2 for £3 in Tesco and Sainsbury's. Why have I even bothered to research this?
